Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Knowledge Snack account and all associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to knowledgesnackapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following data:

1. Your profile and account information
2. Your topic preferences and notification settings
3. Your reading history, saved snacks, and bookmarks
4. Your push notification token

Subscriptions

If you have an active Knowledge Snack Premium subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store before requesting deletion to avoid further charges.
